Disgust and Contempt

Supposedly as I got older I was supposed to start understanding that I needed a gentler approach; that loud rhetoric and open contempt was cruel, un-Christlike, and ultimately ineffective.

Instead, the opposite occurred. Constant exposure to pro-choicers baby killers and their disgusting rhetoric, as well as the cowardly retreats and lukewarm responses of (some) pro-lifers have pushed me over the ledge.

I do not respect, do not commiserate with, and do not attempt to “understand” the mindset of the baby killers. If outlawing murdering babies means there’s a war on women, well I guess we’re winning then, baby. If it means I’m trampling on women’s rights, let them be trampled to the ground.

Do anyone really think this is about the poor, raped, twelve year old girl bullied into abortion anymore? Really? When the governor of VA is openly in favor of infanticide? When anti-baby murder laws are being compared to masturbation?

Mothers who abort their children deserve to be prosecuted. If it is a poor twelve year old girl bullied into it by her rapist father, then – like ALL murders, or really, all crimes – context should be taken into account in the investigation and the consequences doled out accordingly.

It’s still a crime. Pro-choicers are correct about one thing: If we were really serious about it, we would advocate punishments for those who choose to murder their babies. Fair point. Trial and prison, and perhaps death penalty. My patience is down to 0.

Stop clutching your pearls. The mask has fallen. The baby killers have revealed themselves for what they truly are. It’s time we acted like it.

I don’t believe that the mothers of aborted babies should be prosecuted for murder, because they didn’t kill the child. The abortionist is the one who actually commits the murder, usually for money. The mother is at most an accessory, and in most cases I believe that the women are pressured into submitting to the procedure.

    • The mother hired a hitman. I don’t buy it.

If she was forced into it, that should hopefully come out in the investigation. Then we may or may not reduce consequences depending on the particular situation, without eliminating them entirely.

I don’t mean to pick on you, but this is exactly the atitude that bothers me. The mother – for whatever reason – made the choice to kill their own child.

Can’t have consequences for that? No way.

      • MishaBurnett says:

And when it’s the father who hires the hitman? Abortion benefits men more than women. It’s an easy way out for a man who wants cheap sex without consequences. When men say they support “a woman’s right to choose” what they usually mean is that they want to have an escape hatch if one of their one-night stands results in a child. Feminists are right about one thing–men must be held accountable for the children they father.

      • Oh, come on, Misha. You know perfectly well I’m not advocating a revenge spree on women. I want justice for crimes, and I want us all to stop pretending that the pwrson CARRYING THE BABY has no accountability.

Sometimes that will mean the mother is jailed – or perhaps executed. When they are charged at the trial the justice system will decide.

      • This is a perfect example of the attitude I oppose. Blame everyone – but the person with the ability to stop the abortion at any time. But the mother of the child.

Women are people, and should be treated accordingly.

      • And if you’re implying that it’s only men who want an escape hatch for cheap sex, then I think that’s fairly obviously not the case. If someone else hires a hit man, but you still get the hitman access to the target, you are still as guilty of murder as the other two.

      • MishaBurnett says:

Mothers whose children are killed in abortion do have consequences. There are long term physical and mental effects from abortion.

Yes, she made a decision to allow someone to kill her child. But someone else made the decision to father that child. Someone made the decision to make money murdering the child. Those people should shoulder the blame as well.

      • Murderers who kill children do have consequences. Long term physical and mental co sequences. That’s why we don’t try murderers.

Can you please stop this strawman that I want to punish the mother and the mother only? Of course I don’t. I want justice for the child, which includes sending the person with the ultimate final say in 90+% of abortion cases to trisl to figure out her culpability.

There are two people in abortion that always have a role in it, every time. The father is not one of them.

      • verbosestoic says:

But someone else made the decision to father that child.

This would be like saying that if someone hired a hitman to kill their spouse that the person who performed the wedding should be held responsible as well, because they wouldn’t have been married if they hadn’t done that. You could make an argument in cases where the father either pressured them into getting one or facilitated getting one, but even in those cases the bulk of the responsibility would fall on the woman and on the doctor. For all other cases, you’d be holding the father responsible for something that they may not have approved of or potentially even KNOWN about, simply because they happened to be the one who had sex with the woman that resulted in the pregnancy that she decided to terminate. That doesn’t make a lot of sense.

      • MishaBurnett says:

If a man has sex with a woman, then he is responsible for the child if she gets pregnant. “I didn’t know” is not an excuse. If you aren’t prepared to be a father, with all that entails, keep it in your pants.

      • Fine, now hold the mother to THE SAME level of responsibility, or at least assume it. That’s all I want.

“But she doesn’t always hold the same level of responsibility!” This is true. 99 times of 100 she always holds SOME. Many times she holds the MOST culpability.

You know where you figure this out?

        The trial for the murder.

      • Yes, she made a decision to allow someone to kill her child. But someone else made the decision to father that child. Someone made the decision to make money murdering the child. Those people should shoulder the blame as well.

I got news for you, buddy. A lot of men father kids out of wedlock and don’t want them aborted. They get aborted because the selfish bitch doesn’t want a kid, especially by a man she probably shacked up with for a night of hot sex.

      • And anyway, it’s flatly false I want ONLY the mother published. I just want the mother investigated and charged the same way anybody else who kills somebody is charged.

      • As Zippy pointed out, people like MishaBurnett will ensure that abortion never really goes away because they’ll never pursue women who do it themselves with technology or go overseas. Somehow it will be entirely the fault of an abortionist in Bangkok for performing the abortion, not the woman who paid good money, procured a passport and flew many thousands of miles away to evade domestic law enforcement.

He does share responsibility for the pregnancy, as he was involved causing that event. He, however, in general would not be responsible FOR THE ABORTION, unless he is involved in it directly, and again the bulk of the responsibility has to be the two people who have to make a direct choice and take direct action to be involved in it. Your comments here are the same thing as punishing the parents of a murderer because they gave birth to the child and even raised it and so have to be responsible somehow, even if there was nothing they could have done to prevent that.

  2. The attempt to understand and placate the baby-murderers is just a form of negotiating with terrorists, and we all know how wise a decision that tends to be.

    • I just saw somebody spit out a long piece of word vomit about how belief in bodily autonomy means that women should be permitted to abort for any reason and at any time.

I am not negotiating with these cretins. The proper response to such disgusting nonsense is to say “if it means denying bodily autonomy, let it be gone”.

      • It’s particularly egregious when it comes to baby-murder, but this strategy extends to quite a bit else concerning the moral law. No you shouldn’t be allowed to divorce, I couldn’t care less if you need your gay lover to be happy, get used to having fewer/less nice things if borrowing at usury is the only way to live the lifestyle you want, you ought to be thrown in jail if you acquiesce to a sick man’s desire to commit suicide-by-Doctor, i don’t care how good you feel in that V-neck and miniskirt, etc., etc.

  3. If it is a poor twelve year old girl bullied into it by her rapist father, then – like ALL murders, or really, all crimes – context should be taken into account in the investigation and the consequences doled out accordingly.

The father’s behavior amounts to particularly severe and insidious coercion, and so I could only imagine a cynical pro-choice prosecutor bringing the charges in order to discredit the law. It would be very hard to argue that such a girl was acting of her own free will and formed a proper mens rea. That said, if the girl can be shown to have sought it of her own free will then I say “game on!” WRT prosecuting her.

    • Of course. Here’s the thing: I am not advocating any sort of special vendetta here. I want the crimes treated.like other murders. In other murders except inrare cases minors are treated differently than adults.

Fine. I only want justice for the unborn.

  4. GJ says:

As Zippy pointed out, people like MishaBurnett will ensure that abortion never really goes away because they’ll never pursue women who do it themselves with technology or go overseas.

As these people pride themselves on being ‘pro-life’, it might help to point out to their faces that they are actually pro-choice. If a woman does the killing in front of them, whether by coat hanger, poison pill, blunt trauma or other method, of course they would declare it deplorable. But they would not say that she has any guilt morally, or seek to make the act legally guilty.

Therefore they are precisely the type of fence-sitting pro-choice we are all familiar with ‘yes, it’s a bad deed, but we have to live with it because ‘. They’ll then change the topic, but it should be a blow they never forget.

    • But they would not say that she has any guilt morally, or seek to make the act legally guilty.

Well, what do you expect? Their ilk are known to want mercy for women who commit cold-blooded murder and end up on death row. I remember one case where they leaned on Dubya to grant a stay of execution to a woman who murdered a man with an ice pick. To Dubya’s credit he was too much of an adopted Texan and ignored them.

In Current Year we need a permanent standing civil rights commission aimed at investigating legal outcomes to ensure that women are getting equality good and hard from state and federal judges.

  5. GJ says:

    Misha’s response is classic.

    1) ‘but it’s the abortionist’
    2) ‘but what about the guy’
    3) ‘but she suffers

Probably at least 90% of the responses by fake prolife will be exactly these, in the exact same order.
